We have been coming to La Paz every year in summer for many many years. Fell in love with its colors and lifestyle and finally found the property we were looking for.
Furnished in a classy european style, and it has all the comforts experienced travellers like us would look for. Just come in with your suitcases!

Rooms
Master bedroom with king size bed, convenient couch, roomy built in closet and large bathroom with double granite sinks. Spacious glass and granite shower.
Second bedroom faces the other side of the building, with both mountain view and partial ocean view. You can choose to turn the two large twin beds into a king size bed, built in closet.
Second bathroom also with granite sink and granite and glass shower.
Amenities
Built in 2012 on top of Las Colinas, the only hill in la Paz, 3 minutes from the ocean, 5 minutes to the centre of town, this unit, being on top of the hill, has a spectacular 180 degrees view of the bay of La Paz, of the surrounding mountains, and as well of the city of la Paz, with the beautiful skyline of the city and its cathedral clock tower.
Wake up to the sunrise and sip a margarita to the sunset in this recently completed condo, fully furnished with all you need in a luxury vacation home.
Modern kitchen with new appliances , breakfast table and granite countertops.
Traditional dining table accommodates up to 8 people.
Lounge seating area with couches and flat screen TV.
Glass table and 4 chairs on the balcony, for you to enjoy a nice breeze and the stunning view while eating or sipping a cocktail.
Cable and Hi speed WiFi Internet included.
Washer and dryer in the apartment.
Fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas.
Library and board games.
Public areas include swimming pool, gym, sun deck and barbecue grill (needs to be reserved in advance, small cleaning fee applies).
Rates
The daily rate is for the entire apartment, including utilities and maintenance fees.
Average daily rate is for 4 people , 20% discount gets applied to stays of 7 days or more.
Minimum stay requested is 4 nights.
$40 cleaning fee will be added to the total.
On demand cleaning can be arranged upon arrival and discussed with our manager on site.
We are a pet friendly rental, but we request clients to disclose breed and weight of the pet. There are limitations imposed by the building board.
Additional deposit might be requested.
2022 rates
January 1st - April 9th - $100 per night
April 10th - April 23rd - $150 per night
April 24th - September 30th - $100 per night
October 1st - November 19th - $100 per night
November 20th - December 20th - $125 per night
December 21st - January 3rd 2023 - $150 per night
